Do not take Panadol Sinus Tablets in case of:If you hve sever hypertnsion or Coronary artery disease, Concomitant use of other sympathomimetic (such as decongestants, appetite suppressants and \u003cbr\u003eamphetamine like psychostimulants), Hepatic or severe renal impairment, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease or those taking \u003cbr\u003etricyclic antidepressant or beta-blocking drugs and those patients who are taking or have taken within the last two weeks, monoamine oxidase inhibitors.\u003cbr\u003eMedical advice should be sought before taking this product in patients with these conditions: An enlargement of the prostate gland, Occlusive vascular disease (e.g. Raynaud’s phenomenon), Cardiovascular disease.\u003cbr\u003eUse with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs. You have glutathione depleted states such as sepsis or you have a severe infection as the use of \u003cbr\u003eParacetamol may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis. Signs of metabolic acidosis include:  deep, rapid, difficult breathing, Feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting)\u003cbr\u003eLoss of appetite. This product should not be use during pregnancy without medical advice.
